about DVD Replication Duplication is the process of
burning information onto blank media. We can produce quantities
of between 20 - 2,000 Audio or Data CD's and DVD's using a Bank
of disc duplicators. Your original master is placed in a disc reader
which then copies the data onto a hard drive. The master is ejected
and blank discs are then loaded into the system. Your data is burned
to the blank discs. The information is automatically verified and
the finished disc is then accepted or rejected. Standard delivery
times are between 2-5 days depending on the quantity.
Replication is usually
more cost effective for runs over 500 units and is the method used
to produce mass quantities of CD-Roms or DVD's. The first stage
in the process is to produce a glass master from your original which
is then used to stamp the data onto blank media. The disc is printed
and lacquered for protection. Replication generally takes a much
longer time then duplication because of the necessary added steps
which can add 5-10 working days to complete.
Express Service: Your order is confirmed and scheduled for
production immediately. Should you require artwork, your proof will
be sent usually within hours. Once approved, the order is priortised
and the shipping cut-off time is raised to 7pm. The order is then
dispatched on a guaranteed AM delivery using our nationwide courier.
Artwork Package: Simply email your logo along with other
text and images and we'll quickly create production ready artwork
and email a proof for your approval. We also offer a complete design
service for your media package.

on 400gm Matt Art card and can also be supplied laminated on

Booklet/Inlay Sets The CD Booklet &
Inlay set is available for a standard jewel case. Comprising
of a booklet for the front of the case and a tray inlay card
for the back.The booklet can be printed up to 32 pages and the
tray inlay card can be single or double sided.

Case Booklets The Full Colour Cover
4pp is a 4 page cover which is inserted in the front of a standard
or slim jewel case. The sleeve is printed on both sides and
then folded in half to make 4 pages.

Case Inlay Wrap The Full Colour Back
Inlay is inserted in the back of a standard jewel case only.
The inlay is printed on one side and then folded on both edges
to form the 6mm spine one both sides of the CD case.
