Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your particular query.

How fast do you deliver?
Duplication orders up to 500 units are normally dispatched within 2 days from receipt of masters, artwork and payment. If your order is more than 500 units or requires Silk Screen printing or printed Card Wallets, the lead time is between 3-5 days. CD-Rom and DVD Replication orders between 500 and 50,000 units are delivered in 10-15 working days.

All orders are dispatched on a next day delivery basis. In most cases our couriers fulfill delivery the following day. However, we are not responsible for service failure from our couriers.

What is Express Delivery?
For a small additional fee our Express Delivery option gives your order priority status. Your order is confirmed and scheduled for production as soon as it is received. Our usual shipping cut off time is increased to 7pm and the order is dispatched to you on a priority next morning basis.

What's the difference between Duplication and Replication?
Duplication is the process of burning information on to blank media. The process is ideal for short runs with typical turnaround times of 2-3 days. Replication is the process of stamping the data from a glass master. This process is available for runs from 500-50,000 units with turnaround times of 10-15 working days. I need a quote, can you send me an official quotation?
Yes, please contact sales free on 0800 085 1510 with your specific requiement and we'll be happy to help. Our quotations are vailid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Can I pay for my order using a credit or debit card?
We accept all major credit and debit card payments for equipment and services. If you have received an order confirmation or pro-forma Invoice from us and wish to pay by credit or debit card, please complete our Credit Card Authorisation Form and fax back to 0161 928 2722 or alternatively, you can telephone us on 0161 924 2232.

Can I apply for a 30 day credit account?
You can apply to open a credit account at any time. Please complete the credit application form and fax it to 0161 928 2722. A decision is usually made within 5 working days. Please note credit facilities are normally only accepted if you have been trading in the UK for more than two years and intend to be a regular customer.

I'm ordering more than one item, can you give a special discount?

Equipment Related FAQ's

Is my item in stock?
As soon as you confirm you order, you will receive an up-to-date status report. If you would like to know the current status before ordering, please contact us. You can also check the status of your order at any time using the Order Status link.

Will my equipment be covered by Manafacturers Warranty?
All our products are sourced through UK distributors and carry standard manufacturers warranty. Depending on the product, standard warranty is usually 12 months return to base or 12 months on-site as standard. In mission critical environments, the standard warranty is often insufficient and we will be happy to give you a quote to up-lift the standard warranty to guaranteed on-site maintenance contract.

Can I lease equipment?
We offer a number leasing options for equipment over £1,000. If you are interested, then please contact us for more information.
